Notes and handout will not be provided.
Cancellation of the meeting: In the unlikely event of this happening, any cancellation through other unforeseen circumstances MACGT reserves the right to cancel any workshop/conference or meetings at our discretion. Reasons for cancellation might include (but are not limited to) where number are insufficient or a trainer / speaker is indisposed or unable to confirm the venue. If MACGT cancel a workshop/ meeting, MACGT cannot be held responsible for any payment / cost / expenses incurred on your side.
MACGT expressly forbids the right to reproduce any part of our workshop / meetings in any form (e.g. on the internet, DVDs, photographs etc). MACGT has the right to take action against anyone suspected of filming or photographing the session for any purpose of publication, without the written permission of the MACGT.
Attendance eCertificate will only be issued to participants who have attended at least 6 hours of the symposium.
MACGT has the right to publish photos taken during the symposium.
The participants grant MACGT the right to use any material received during Symposium of the Participants' personal information such as name, email addresses, contact numbers, etc) for feedback, promotional, advertising, marketing and communication purposes without compensation to the Participant, his or her successors or assigns, or any other entity.
MACGT and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, , committees officers, agents, independent contractors, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for:- disruption, network congestion, malicious virus attacks, unauthorized data hacking, data corruption and server hardware failure or otherwise; any technical errors, whether due to inaccessibility of internet network telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet, server or computer malfunctions, failures, interruptions, miscommunications or difficulties of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electrical, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online; late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible or unintelligible communication including but not limited to e-mails; failed, incomplete, lost, garbled, jumbled, interrupted, unavailable or delayed computer transmissions.
Any condition caused by events beyond the control of the MACGT that may cause the Symposium to be disrupted or corrupted.
